§1 Being Together
I kick those who are pains in the neck out.
The Admin has the right to kick out everyone who doesn’t have manners.
a.) We all do not offend, provoke or annoy each other nor hurt someone
Psychic! This is valid for the RPG’s, too!
b.) If there are Problems, please do not make them so big that you hurt §1.a

§2 Links and Pictures
Pictures are allowed as long as they do not content pornography or violence.
a.)This is a public forum! This means that you do not post any pictures
which contents pornography or violence. This will be deleted immediately.
At the worst, you could be banned.
b.) You must no post ANY illegal Downloadlinks or pornography thing. The one
who does this will be banned immediately.
With the PM, you can do what you want but not in public.
But if there’s someone who feels disturbed with this or molest, go to the Admin and
show him/her the PM. The Admins will discuss with you talk about a punishment.
c.) If you say something which you have from someone, write this please. After all,
you wouldn’t make someone happy if he/she reads his/her own knowledge which you
give out as your own.
d.) Please try to upload you pictures on any host sites. It makes you sure, you don’t need to repost them because you can’t link them and you don’t need to worry about any costs. (Which I and the other Admins would pay <_<)

§3 SPAM
Spam is mostly the most unpopular subject from the whole Internet. Our Mod’s and Super-
Mod’s try to look after it that there isn’t any Spam.
a.) Do NOT post before someone else has posted after you. Posts, which are double, will be deleted. You should edit them instead.
Exception: The threads’ last post is older than 4 days.
b.) Do NOT be a pain in the neck. NO ONE needs this and in thread’s, it’s unnecessary and annoying for everyone. If you want to be a pain in the neck, search another forum but not this one!
c.) Spam is just a post which doesn’t belong to the topic of the thread. A bit Off-Topic is always inside a post but please try to stay at the topic.

§4 Spelling
Okay, the darkest chapter here~
I know not everyone is good in the English/German grammar but sometimes the post’s just… stupid o_O You can’t read a post which just contains numbers or abbreviations.
a.) Please write properly and of course, right! Sometimes you see post’s where you dinner comes back ^^/
b.) Take your time with your post. It’s better to look if you can read them instead of just write as much as you can just to get some posts.
[c.) if you still write such a bad English/German after some time, I guess you should learn it O_o]

§5 Avatars and Signature
Allowed is what you like.
Signatures: 500x300px (Spoilers aren’t count so you can have a loooooooong signature… as long as you are still in the word limit Wink

)
Avatars: 110x110px
a.) Make sure that you don’t use any pornography or violenceful pictures. Users, who violate this, will be banned.
Exception: A bit erotic is always allowed as long as you don’t see. (Yaoi/Yuri without erotic? My, my.)

§6 Decisions from the Member staff
Every Helper here is just a human, too, so you should respect his/her decisions. Shouldn’t this be the fact, there will be a punishment
a.)    Mod’s, Super-Mod’s and Admins try to care about you every day.
You should respect their opinion and try to stay friendly with them.
b.)     The last word has ALWAYS the Admin. Shouldn’t someone like this,
s/he should tell this.
c.)    Posts edited by the Staff WON’T be changed! Should a person do this more than
5 times, it could end with a BAN!

§7 Advertising
Advertising something is forbidden. Here are the exceptions.
a.)    Threads with advertising or similar will just be deleted WITHOUT looking at it. Please. Write, if you “sell” something for the forum (Set, Ava, Sig, etc.) or you
would have quiet some trouble.
b.)     Advertising something is allowed in the signature, as long as it is SMALL, not obtrusive and discreet.
c.)    If Advertising is sent within PM’s, it doesn’t bother us – the Staff. But if a User feels disturbed, we will admonish the one who sent the advertising.
If it comes more and more to these incidents with this User, s/he will be banned.
(Be careful – We can ban IP’s as well o_o)

§8 Data protection
EVERY User has the right to have a private life. Should someone doesn’t give someone
this; there will be quiet some trouble for him/her.
a.)    Second accounts are forbidden. They will be deleted immediately and without a
comment.
b.)    Users, who are just rarely there, will be banned. (rarely = one time after your registration or never from then on) If they did something before, they’ll be deleted.
c.)    No User – not even someone from the team – has the right to publish whole PM’s or parts of them as long as the User who wrote the PM allowed it. You’ll be banned if you do that
Exceptions: If the netiquette was offend, you should report it with good poofs.

§9 Warnings and Bans
If you did something, you should expect a Warning.
a.) You get a warning mostly, when you made a minor offence against the netiquette
When you have something against this Warning, please mail the Mod or the Admin who gave you this warning. If your protest is justified, the warning will be taken back.
b.) You’ll be banned if you made a serious offence against the netiquette. If you have a second account, it’ll be banned, too!

"How can I become Moderator/Administrator?"

Almost every Newbie here asks that. Full with power, s/he tries to get every attention s/he can get – with or without Spam.
Also, we got inquiries if they couldn’t take part in the team!
But THIS is wrong.
It works with an easy principle:
“We will find the right one! You don’t need to knock!”
95% of the forums use this method, you know? Just like here. So, don’t try to make yourself very popular with the Team
(Well, you can but it doesn’t really help ;]) because popularity isn’t necessary for a Team member.
Who knows. Maybe we’re standing in front of YOUR door someday!

Little Announce for the Groups.

Don’t enter a group if you don’t want/like it or something else.
Moderators can kick users out if…

they misuse the group or something comparable.
there are excessive participants (More than 30 INACTIVE users)
and later (or earlier) disinterest.

Here’s the same again: Moderators/Administrators can’t be kicked out.
If you want to create a group that does not exist, send a PM to an Admin. S/He’ll create the group if you give him/her a good reason >:3

Groups that won’t be deleted.
Yaoi-Fans
Yuri-Fans
Pumpkinholics
Moderators

The last said group is closed and just for Moderators (o.O)

At the moment, we have two Administrators.
Please just talk to the Administrators via PM if you have difficult problems. (On the nickpage, there’s a guestbook for everyone ;])
